Ascent’s Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cannot make your appointment, we would like to offer the spot to another client/patient if possible. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your Ascent patient profile or by calling the clinic during our phone operation hours at 403-764-1200.
We offer a 10% discounted rate for seniors (70+) and for university/college students. Please ask the front desk upon your first visit to check if you’re eligible
