With /Ascent /Athletics we are bridging the gap between helping people recover from an injury to helping them build longevity for the demands of their lifestyle and sport.

If you can’t find a time available with a practitioner or coach that works for you, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist as things can change from day to day.

Ascent’s Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cannot make your appointment, we would like to offer the spot to another client/patient if possible. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your Ascent patient profile or by calling the clinic during our phone operation hours at 403-764-1200.

We offer a 10% discounted rate for seniors (70+) and for university/college students. Please ask the front desk upon your first visit to check if you’re eligible!

Ali is a highly experienced coach with a diverse background in sports and athletics. As a Certified Sport and Club Coach and MRU PFT diploma program student, Ali specializes in Junior Development and Sprint Performance Coaching. Ali has been a lead coach of the Calgary Warriors Track Club for the past 3 years. In addition to coaching, Ali has a background in dance, with 13 years of ballet training. Ali is also an accomplished downhill ski racer, having competed since 2015. In fact, Ali was ranked #1 in BC for skier Cross and was a part of the Whistler Cup team Haitee in 2015, where she placed 11th. Ali is also a Level 1 Ski Instructor and has experience in track events, particularly in sprinting, short hurdles, and relays. Ali has competed in Track at the international level, representing Canada in the Canadian Legions and Aztec in California worlds. Additionally, Ali has been a part of the travel team coaching international indoor and outdoor events. Ali believes in creating a fun and enjoyable learning environment for athletes of all ages, from youth to masters.
